Gold Zone Media Charts Steady Course and Bold Vision at 2025 Semi-annual Meeting

On 12 August, Gold Zone Media held its 2025 Semi-annual Meeting, undertaking a thorough review of first-half performance, refining strategic priorities for the remainder of the year, and approaching the months ahead with renewed determination to seize emerging opportunities.

During the first half of 2025, the industry environment and global backdrop were marked by multiple uncertainties. From the announcement of restrictions on outdoor alcohol advertising, to repeated changes in Cambodia–US tariff policies, and the sudden escalation of tensions at the Cambodia–Thailand border, a series of developments weighed on the pace of market recovery. In spite of these challenges, the company maintained steady upward momentum, establishing a firm foundation for its year-end targets.

The meeting shared the results of departmental semi-annual performance reviews alongside related personnel changes, and introduced the new draft Office Code of Conduct, further clarifying behavioral standards and the company’s reward-and-penalty framework.

Two employees celebrating five years of service received the “Five-Year Long Service Award”, complete with commemorative certificates and generous cash bonuses.

With several colleagues approaching the ten-year milestone, the HR Director announced an enhanced “Ten-Year Long Service Award” scheme, designed to further strengthen staff pride and sense of belonging .

In Cambodia’s employment market where turnover is typically high, the loyalty shown by many long-serving colleagues speaks volumes — not only of their alignment with the company’s culture and values, but also of Gold Zone Media’s appeal as an employer of choice. This mutual commitment has allowed employees and the business to grow together.

Co-founder and CEO Jason noted that, in the face of complex market conditions and competitive pressures, safeguarding the growth of core business lines had been no small feat. Maintaining a stable, high-performing team was equally challenging, yet the company had succeeded in preserving strong cohesion — a vital foundation for steady progress.

Looking to the second half, Gold Zone Media will press ahead with efforts to achieve breakthroughs in integrated marketing, broaden revenue streams, and lay the groundwork for sustainable diversification.

Driving breakthroughs — Gold Zone Media is ready to set sail again.
