In order to strengthen team cohesion and boost the company’s centripetal force, all members of Gold Zone Media went to the seaside resort of Phuket, Thailand, in mid-January 2024 to hold the 2023 annual summary and commendation meeting, and had a joyful time with the blue sea and blue-sky date.
At the beginning of the event, Gold Zone Media members gathered in the conference room and listened to last year’s year-end summary and 2024 work outlook reports from the heads of various departments.
Shen Jian, co-founder and Managing Director of Gold Zone Media, then summarized and put forward the outlook for the work in 2024.
Looking back on the past year, Gold Zone Media’s various businesses and personnel have grown steadily. Through the unremitting efforts of all partners, Gold Zone Media’s overall revenue in 2023 hit a record high. At the annual meeting, the company commended team members who made outstanding contributions in 2023, established awards for the best employees, best departments, best newcomers, and best attendances, issued honorary certificates, and prepared generous bonuses. After the annual meeting, the team-building activities entered into action. All members of Gold Zone Media started team building time on the beach in Phuket.
Snake, 5 people and 5 feet, back-to-back passing, balancing the ball, hula hoop passing…and other interesting games were carried out one by one, and the sweat shed by them was fully devoted, the shouts of full cooperation were passed throughout the whole game. Laughter, against the backdrop of fine sand, blue sea and blue sky, has become the most unforgettable memory for team members.
